- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every property is different. Terrain and vegetation affect the time and effort required to transform acreage into the beautiful piece of land our clients want. We will visit your jobsite to consult with you about your budget and expectations, so there are no surprises and you get the most accurate quote possible. We don't nickel-and-dime. You will be given a single number inclusive of travel, fuel, taxes, and fees. We have a referral program and offer discounts to veterans and churches.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to meet with you and walk through your vision together, so we can develop the most cost-effective plan for your property. We then present you with a quote. Once that is accepted, we schedule our workday(s), typically a week or two out. We will call the day before to confirm and work around any weather concerns. We will show up when we say we will and put a full effort in while we are on your property. We will leave your property in the condition we agreed to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are students of our craft and seek to learn and grow whenever we can through reading, YouTube, and networking. We have been in business for three years, running the same equipment day in and day out. We are REALLY good at it!
