- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tend to be very reasonable. Much lower than the big junk removal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange a time, handle the job and then call for payment if they are not there. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The school of hard knocks prepares you for this type of work. I went to UC Irvine and University of Houston where I studied logistics. My VP has a degree in Interior Design.
