- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential service fee is $99 and that covers a lot percentage of our jobs. If the cost to repair is larger than $99, the options will be presented and the service fee is included. Straightforward.... We honor Seniors and Military with 5% discounts. Fees 3% for credit cards. Residential and Commercial Financing partner is Optimus who is able to provide options for the full range of credit profiles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have dedicated office staff so a human answers the phone (no AI phone bots here). Simply let us know your availability. The day of the appointment the technician will plan out their route with your needs in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC training is a must for all of the technicians here. The real learning occurs when the HVAC technicians is mentored by a Senior Technician. After seeing thousands of issues and working with customers, experience is still the best teacher in this trade. Each technician has their TDLR license and EPA 608 (refrigerant license).
