My AC wasnt working. Matt and team showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the cause and gave me reasonable options to solve it. I didnt feel pressured to spend extra money. When our air conditioner unit stopped cooling and started making a weird noise I didnt know what to do. I remembered a nice lady I spoke to at a booth and looked up the business. Even though it was late they answered. They told what to do and that they would call in the morning. They called at around the time stated and gave me an eta. The last business I used told me a time but didnt show till hours later. I was so happy when someone showed up within the time frame they gave me. The man was very nice and checked my thermostat then went to check the unit. He saw the problem and fixed it immediately and once he was done to let me know. The price was very reasonable and straightforward. He even put notes on the invoice about what he did and everything. Definitely gonna recommend them and call again when our AC needs work.

Matthew came out to the house to inspect a clogged drain line. He did amazing work. He blew out everything. Even suggested a Google nest thermostat with a sensor. Which we bought through Amazon. Matthew has a great personality. He really knows his stuff. And I would recommend this AC company to everyone that wants an honest reliable trustworthy company and technicians in their house. The installation crew was fantastic professional, courteous, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential service fee is $99 and that covers a lot percentage of our jobs. If the cost to repair is larger than $99, the options will be presented and the service fee is included. Straightforward....
We honor Seniors and Military with 5% discounts.
Fees 3% for credit cards.
Residential and Commercial Financing partner is Optimus who is able to provide options for the full range of credit profiles.

HVAC training is a must for all of the technicians here. The real learning occurs when the HVAC technicians is mentored by a Senior Technician.
After seeing thousands of issues and working with customers, experience is still the best teacher in this trade.
Each technician has their TDLR license and EPA 608 (refrigerant license).
