JMS Air and Heat installed a new ac/heat unit in my home recently. Their employees are answered any questions I had professionally, both in person and on the phone. They did a great job helping me get the equipment that matched my needs, considering my sensitivity to price and the capacity to add on to the home in the future. I feel like they had more than sufficient knowledge to speak to me about all of the design questions I had, and they made sure I understood the system to the level I wanted before job completion. They taught me so much about how to regularly maintain the equipment to get the most out of it long term.

This is the 3rd time we've used JMS and everything it was an easy process. This last time we had to get a new unit (which we were informed his on his last visit) and the process was easy. We did shop around and he was right in line with others. James and his crew came out and explained everything that they were going to do and got to work. Will definitely be calling them for annual tune ups and future repairs (hopefully not anytime soon) Thanks a million JMS.

I have been dreading trying to find someone I can trust with my AC that isn’t trying to gouge me. Well I found a lifelong AC guy with James and his crew. We got the full AC inspection and he took the time to send me pictures and even listed out, in order of importance, suggested repairs or additions I needed to make. Simple, easy, and a fair price.
