- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat fees and we do accept payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial consultation to make sure this is the kind of case appropriate for limited scope representation. All other communications are through a secure client portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the University of Texas for my B.A. in psychology and my law degree. I have been practicing for 13 years in litigation.
