- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m a seasoned piano tuner that takes the time to educate my customers about the process of tuning as well as checking the piano for other issues it may have. I’m definitely not the cheapest but I am the best quality you can get in a piano tuner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m generally schedule a week or two in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
42 years experience working with different Venues- Steinway Dealership and Universities as Well as a backup tuner for the Houston Symphony Orchestra, Churches, Schools.
