I originally hired them to flush my AC's drain pipe in the attic, but they told me that wasn't actually the problem and it would be an unnecessary cost for me. They told me that the actual problem was that my AC system wasn't level, which was causing the drip. They leveled it for a much lower cost than the drain flush would have been, and it seems to have done the trick!

Yesterday (Friday) around 2 pm, our upstairs A/C stopped working. My wife called around but no one would send a technician before Monday. Finally she reached Mecheale at 1-800-Plumber who said they would send someone immediately since it was an emergency. After sending photos and describing the problem over the phone, the technician concluded that the problem was minor. Edward arrived around 6:30 pm and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The lines were clogged so he cleaned and pressurized the lines and removed the nasty residue which also required some plumbing work. Edward gave us an honest and fair price and was extremely professional. I will use him for our annual service contract because he earned my trust. I will also recommend him to our entire neighborhood because he also lives in Richmond, TX. I give him 5 Stars so the Academy Award goes to, EDWARD!!!

We needed our airconditioning checked for a musty smell and they came the very next day. Highly recommend for any ac issues. The workers were polite and very good at explaining options and what was needed.

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
