We offer free in-house measurements and a free itemized estimate so that our customers have a clear understanding of the costs involved before committing to any project. Additionally, we do not subcontract any of our work, which allows us to maintain control over the quality of our services and ensures that our customers receive consistent, reliable workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a free in-house measurement: When a new customer contacts us, we typically start by scheduling a free in-house measurement. This allows us to accurately assess the scope of the project and provide an estimate. 2. Email a free estimate and design: Once we have completed the in-house measurement, we will provide the customer with a free itemized estimate and a design that reflects their needs and preferences. This includes a breakdown of costs and timelines. 3. Material selection at JL showroom: If the customer is happy with the estimate and design, they can select the materials they want at our showroom. Place the order: Once the materials have been selected, the customer can place the order. We require a deposit to secure the order and schedule the installation. 4. Installation: Our team will arrive on the scheduled installation date to complete the work. We strive to provide efficient, quality workmanship with minimal disruption to the customer's daily routine. 5. Follow-up: After the installation is complete, we follow up with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the work and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
