Our Ac unit stopped working on a hot holiday evening, they came out to fix it. Pricing was fair. I had another issue at our rental and got several bids from 5 star AC companies I found on Google. They did not diagnose it as accurately and did not give us correct solutions. For example, one said someone messed with it, another said it was so comprised that we need a new unit and new ducting work. He quoted us a price of a car. Not sure if it’s cause I’m a woman but horrible bid. He didn’t even notice that our duct work was metal and didn’t need to be ripped out. But this business did! So glad we had them come out and fix the issue precisely without costing us a fortune. We trust them with our AC work on our home and rentals.
