I booked Chef Justin for my wife’s birthday dinner party. Every aspect of the experience from the planning process to the dinner service and clean up was exceptional. Chef Justin has executed some delicious menus for us over the years. The food is always beautifully plated, and Chef Justin always finds some unique ingredients to put everything over the top. He also just makes it a fun night, he explains the courses, answers questions, and has everyone laughing by the end of the first course. Our family highly recommends Chef Justin.

Lonestar Chef was such a great experience. The menu was excellent, and Justin is very personable and thorough when it comes to preparing the meal. I would highly recommend him for all sorts of events (birthday dinners, rehearsal dinners, air bnb, etc.) Let a great chef take care of you and your party for a special event, and watch the stress melt away.

My birthday dinner with chef Justin was the best. He even called from the store to see if I needed anything, I had him select a dessert wine. Thank you for a very spectacular dinner with friends and family for a milestone birthday celebration, dinner was the best part.

Our minimum service is for 5 guests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book a consultation call to review service options. Then we create a custom menu for your approval based on what you would like to see for you and your guests. Once quote is approved, we request a 50% deposit to lock in the date of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience cooking in fine dining restaurants in Southern California.
