What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my minimum is 5 students at usually $45.00 per student. Price may fluctuate if agreed upon by client and instructor. AHA is usually a higher cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone discussion to coordinate time, date and location.
