- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have packages but most of the time everything is custom for each client needs and wants. I like to offer discounts for referrals and first time sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, even for return clients, I always do at least a 15 minute consultation to go over their needs and communicate their vision so for the day of the shoot. Everything is planned ahead of time. That allows me to be more efficient and capture more photos so I can deliver above and beyond the client’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually was certified by the PPA and I have many many years of experience behind the lens. Also, for my day job, I work in web development and marketing so I understand commercial photography and it’s purpose.
