- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have packages, but we're always open to custom building packages to best fit our clients' vision. I like to offer discounts for referrals and first time sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect with a new client, we'll schedule a quick phone consultation to talk about vision, day of details, and we'll also answer any questions that the client may have. It's also a great opportunity to put voices to the names & formally meet!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Christian is certified by the PPA, and also has experience in web development and digital marketing on top of his years of experience behind the lens. Caitie has experience in brand development, content creation, and marketing from her corporate years. Both have many years of experience with photography, videography, and editing as creative outlets.
