Pricing depends on the skill level required for the project, the number of technicians on the job, and the time needed to complete it. Our skilled technicians can be hired hourly for those honey-do lists or for a specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the lead is received, a representative will contact the customer to gather contact information and project details. A free estimate will be scheduled at that time. Once the evaluation is completed, an estimate will be sent to the customer to review. If approved, the project can be scheduled. We pride ourselves on superior customer service and quality work. AV Home Services is insured, bonded, and guarantees all services for one year.

The owner of AV Home Services, has been proudly serving the Houston and surrounding areas for over 40 years through his other business Airline Vacuum, Central Vacuum Systems. He and our technicians have many years of experience in basic handyman services, carpentry, home repairs, and remodels.
