He explained every thing about the A/C unit. He inspected the ducts and recommended a better airflow. He also fixed the ducts that had holes from the critters. The house cools better, plus saving me energy. I highly recommend J&C A/C.

Jeff is the consummate professional. Punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Jeff listened to what we wanted and took the time to research what we were asking for to ensure the project was successful. Jeff was the only HVAC contractor (I had 6 bids to do the job) to investigate all facets of the project (electrical, duct work, etc...) to make sure current system could handle the upgraded AC unit (we went from a 3 ton to a 4 ton). Throughout the entire process Jeff was helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Jeff and J&C AC to anyone who is looking to have quality work done.

Jeff was prompt and took a look at my problem. We couldn't duplicate it so he said if there isn't a problem then don't perform unnecessary repairs. Maybe it was a quirk or maybe my furnace got scared when Jeff showed up. Either way, it appears to be functioning properly and he didn't even charge me despite my furnace taking up his time.
