- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial contact to assess your business, your challenges and your goals and to see if we are a good fit for each other is Free. Pricing is a straight forward $150 hourly flat fee. Detailed invoicing broken down into 10 minute increments. An initial ten hour retainer is required with new clients. There are no other fees, charges or expenses. It's that simple. *If beneficial for all parties I will partner with you on short term real estate investments; ie wholesale, flips, pretty houses, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our initial call, I will get an understanding of your background including what you consider to be your greatest strengths and areas of opportunity, as well as, what you think are your biggest weaknesses and challenges. I won't tell you "I know xyz is very painful and very hard for you but you have to push thru and fake it to you make it!" That's old school thinking. Now days, we don't "work on your weaknesses", we delegate those tasks and work on the things you are already good at. During this call is the perfect time for both parties to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. If not, no worries we will tell each other good day and move on. When we put policies and procedures in place for your business you will never operate in reaction. When x happens then you do y. You need a policy and procedure for every segment of your business. I will send you a simple consulting agreement via electronic signature program. You may cancel the agreement at any time, for any reason without penalty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Obtained Real Estate Agent License in October, 1986. - Obtained Real Estate Brokers License in March, 2003. - I hold an Active Real Estate Brokers License in State of Texas. TREC #0583500. - I developed more than a dozen of real estate projects. - I built more than a hundred Houses. - I flipped many hundreds of Houses. - I owned and operated a Real Estate Brokerage Firm for more than 20 years. - I owned and operated a Real Estate Management Company for more than 5 years. I'm fast and hyper-reliable and pride myself on my on developing a tight plan up front for every project and really focus on iterative development - I very much like establishing checkpoints with clients as I want them to be part of the process. I hold an active real estate brokers license and I am always taking classes, reading, listing and learning about anything that will help me and my clients succeed. This helps me stay on the cutting edge of new trends.
