Overall I cleaned everything all it needed was a basic cleaning. 2 stars for not touching our baseboards or dusting our fans at all. Kitchen sink was dirty and needless to say it pretty much looks like we left it and won't be using these people again. Very disappointed when my husband tried to see if she could fix what they didn't do she was defensive and argued that they cleaned it when nothing was done good but the bathrooms. I guess you get what you pay for!

This was not at all the case. The client paid for the basic clean, but obviously wanted a deep clean but not to have to pay for one. If a client is not satisfied with the service in which they paid for, we will return and do it over. We value our work and client relationships.
