- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create entertainment packages and customize many of my programs based on the client's needs. I do try to work within a client's budget without sacrificing the quality of the show.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The phone call is the most important part of the process. It allows us to understand the details of what the client want to achieve for their event. If I am a fit for the client, then we go over the booking details to secure their date and time. A couple of days prior to the event, I make a confirmation call to help set their mind at ease and let them know I will be there at the scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a magician for over 30 years and the level of education for that is in the amount of time I spend reading my books on the subject of magic. I also have education in business and management as well as marketing.
