I would not recommend this daycare. I am/was quite disappointed with staff. I removed my student because of bullying. The staff did not protect my child. Safety and appropriate behVior is not a priority of this school. I asked for phone call from director to discuss. No response. Not acceptable in my opinion

Let me start by saying I think there are teachers here who care more than others. What made me remove stars is the fact I was not contacted when my child clearly couldn't breathe. He was wheezing and coughing so bad he vomited in the car on the way home. I contacted the school at 2.30 to let them know it was his last day the date of this incident so I don't know why I wasn't notified then. This happened once before in august of 2013 and the excuse I was given was he was moved to a new teachers class so she wasn't aware. My child did learn quite a bit here. They have awesome events. Other than the asthma issues I had no other real problems. They do communicate with you on your child academic and behavior issues. I just wish they would pay more attention to medical issues a child may have while in their care.

Thinks she knows everything and barely provides anything for children.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Possibly the only center in all of North Texas to receive not a single non-compliance in our 13 year operation history, please visit the state childcare licensing website to see Willow Bend's compliance history in the past two years. You can also go to our web site at www.willowbendlearningcenter.com and click the link to the state website. In addition, our low teacher:child ratios, including nannies for diaper changing and potty training, increase the level of personal attention your child receives. French, Spanish, and Sign language, as well as special activities like Yoga, Origami, Cotillion, Gardening, PE, Cooking, Computers, PuppetTunes, Dancing Tots, and more, give your child the added advantage to excel.
