Great ethics... always ready for me. Evelyn is amazing. She is so organized and has a different plan everyday. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My price is not just the hour I spend with a client, it's also the 24/7 continuous support via calls of text. I have my clients take pix of every meal to monitor it and give them feedback if necessary. also planning their workouts ahead, each session is different and is an assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My first meeting with a new client will be assessment to find out the athlete's level , goals, physical conditions. then I put a nutrition and training program that fit every individual. I also get my client to do a body scan and I measure with a tape and take pix every 2 weeks to track progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NASM PT and Nutrition Specialist certified. TRX suspension trainer. TRX RIP trainer. Turbo kick. spin. Piyo. 4D PRO trainer. Small and big group exercises . outdoor training.
