Introduction: Vindictive Fitness is exclusive to online coaching by me Ryan Russell. I believe online training yields better results than in person. I have ample amount of time for online coaching which allows me to accomplish my dreams of helping people with their fitness goals. My specialty is aesthetic goals. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is cheaper than your average in person trainer would charge your. I also offer a few more services that not only helps you reach your goals but teaches you how to do a lot on your own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a quick 10 Min phone or skype call. In this we discuss the clients needs and goals and decide on whether or not the customer and I feel like I am the right fit for them. If so, we will continue with the process of making a customized complete training program for them.
