FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront estimates based on the size, location, and number of damaged areas, along with ceiling height, accessibility, texture, and whether painting is included. Sending several clear photos can often help us quote the project without an initial visit. Multiple repairs completed during the same appointment may cost less per additional area. Promotional discounts may also be available. Any applicable trip, cancellation, no-show, or credit-card fee will be disclosed before work begins. There are no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about the damage and requesting clear photos, approximate measurements, and the project address. In many cases, we can provide an estimate remotely. Once approved, we schedule the repair, protect the surrounding floors and belongings, complete the drywall work, match the existing texture, and paint when included in the proposal. We then clean the work area and review the finished repair with the customer. Most standard repairs can be completed in one visit, and our drywall work is backed by a one-year warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive hands-on training in professional drywall repair, finishing, texture matching, jobsite protection, and our specialized repair process. We work with common textures including orange peel, knockdown, popcorn, and hand-applied finishes. Our technicians are also background checked and insured, and we follow established quality-control and cleanup procedures on every project.
