- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free, with no obligation. We provide a flat, upfront project quote before any work begins, no hourly billing or surprise charges. We offer discounts for seniors, military members, and first responders. If you have any questions about your quote, we're happy to walk through it in detail
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection often for storm damage to assess the scope of work. From there, we guide you through the insurance claim process, handling documentation and working directly with your adjuster where needed. Once everything's approved, we schedule the work. After the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough and inspection with you to make sure everything meets your expectations before we call it done.

Our team is manufacturer certified to install top roofing brands, and we hold industry certifications covering safety standards and manufacturer-specific training . Beyond formal certifications, our crews bring years of hands on experience on real roofs not just classroom training so you get both the credentials and the practical know how to back them up.
