- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price will depend on the nature and scope of the work requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new customer and listen carefully to what he or she needs. Together, we set up a work plan and schedule that addresses their needs as soon as possible. We collaborate by phone and email as necessary until the work is completed. When needed, I work at the client's small business location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in Engineering from West Point and an MS degree in Management and Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. I have taken numerous training courses through companies for which I have worked, such as Texas Instruments, and I am Process Management Certified from the University of Texas at Austin. I am a lifelong learner, particularly in leadership development and process improvement.
