Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camps, Life Coach, Food Psychology and Stress Management. The most rewarding part of my job is helping everyone reach their own personal fitness and wellness goals. Everyone is on a different journey, and I will alter my way of training and coaching to help them achieve maximum results. I don't consider this a job so I treat all my clients as a friend, we all get more out of it. I have really been enjoying the group training style as well with our Sweaty Babes Boot Camp. It is a women only boot camp and the girls all motivate each other. My new certification is Food Psychology which is a new exciting additions to helping people begin to look at food, diet and nutrition in a whole new light. Statistics show that 96-98% of all people who lose weight with diet and exercise will gain their weight back with in 1-2 years. So with food psychology it helps everyone break patterns that have made then keep falling back into unhealthy lifestyle habits.

Christyn is an unbelievable trainer. As someone who has trained with her and also refers patients to get specialty training from her, I can not speak more highly of her enthusiasm, knowledge, and ability to make the training fun. Christyn Johnson at Well Help Fitness is a rockstar at accomadating your health and fitness needs to get you to what you want to obtain with my fitness goals! She does the best personal training I've had and her classes are new and fresh from any other gym! She also does a free assesment for your first training session so you can see her gym and what she is all about! She has been in the industry for over 10 years and she actually cares about you as a person too! Best in the DFW area! Check the facility and her out!

I love the pound classes at Well Help fitness! It is such a fun class! It goes so quickly and I can feel the workout the next day in a good way. I have also been doing the online weight workout program. They are very challenging but Christyn is great at answering my questions and motivating me to keep working at making my body stronger. She is truly inspiring and makes my workouts fun!

Christyn is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with and I've worked with a few. She has a great way of motivating you and keeping it fun. The workouts are always different so there is no need to worry about plateauing. She is brilliant at what she does. I highly recommend her for all age groups and fitness goals.
