- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a service fee of $75-$100 which includes the first hour of work. I charge $60 per hour plus $30 per hour when a helper is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage customers both new and old to give as many details as possible so I can be prepared with all the tools and materials to do the job. I also want to emphasize that I strive to give the customer what they want, sometimes that is a patch and sometimes that is a complete rebuild.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Journeyman Carpenter and completed their train both initial and on-going. I was also a Fire inspector and Site Inspector so I look past what the normal person may see in order to address problems before they arise.
