FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, if they can give me good details about the project I want to do and when they’re wanting to do it, I can normally give them a turnkey square-foot price like I would if I was doing work for another paver you know one and I can give them a volume deal then types of estimates are hard to come by these days. They like to get out there and look at it and charge it for a bunch of things you really don’t need but if you give me a call, we can cut and I can help you through all that I just need to know what I’m working with
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not a problem just a trust thing you know that you know that I want to trust him they wanna trust me, but the main thing is if we can just be upfront get the square footage of the project where the project is, I can give them referrals or references I can make a person feel comfortable. I’ve had keys to mini Rancho gates all of South Texas. They trusted me forever. You can put the cameras on me when when nobody’s watching. I got my head down and so is my crew. We don’t look through things we built trust real quickly, so yeah I’m I’m just hard to get a hold of you get a hold of me
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
