I had a potential exterior main water supply line leak between my water meter and my house and master plumber Charlie Stowe with Texas Plumber Connection came to check it out. Charlie kept me up to date with email and text notifications regarding his arrival time. When Charlie arrived, he was on time when promised, very professional, and pleasant to talk to. Charlie quickly determined that the exterior leak which kept me and my neighbor's water meter box constantly filled with water was caused by a slow leak in my neighbor's sprinkler system. Charlie then turned off the water supply to the neighbor's sprinkler system and determined that there is an additional slow leak within my neighbor's house. My neighbor then scheduled the repairs with Charlie. Before Charlie left, he took the time to answer my questions about how to address my current plumbing issues with my AC drain line and my options for re-piping my 48 year old home. To my surprise, there was no trip charge even though Charlie was here for at least 30 minutes. Charlie has been addressing plumbing issues for over 31 years, so he has seen everything. He also does ePipe and PEX re-piping. If you live in the Kingwood, TX area and need a trustworthy plumber for a reasonable price, please consider giving Charlie a call at (832) 885-9820.
