FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
on jobs that cost more than a few hundred dollars I usually do a cost plus bid. The cost of materials plus 30%. That's to cover fuel expenses, food, and lodging if need be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them; go over the task at hand; discuss pricing; work up a complete breakdown of expenses; draw up a contract for them to sign, and proceed to do a wonderful job for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing it my whole adult life. Since high school.
