Experienced Handyman with years of construction background. PLEASE READ!! : I CHARGE $90.00 for the first hour, then 75.00 per hour after that and bill in half hour increments AFTER the first hour. I previously operated my business in the Tampa area, and had 35+ 5 star reviews. I hang my hat on being prompt, communicating, and doing exactly what I say I will do. I don't mess around, I don't talk on the phone. I get in, get out and do my work timely. If I milked the clock, I wouldn't get 5 star reviews.
