Introduction: My name is Chance Stewart. Originally from North Dakota, I moved to California in 2016 to follow my heart and pursue my dreams of owning my own tile business. Almost instantly, the business took off, and I had the opportunity to do some very unique projects for some great people. Through my years of experience, I was able to do more complex projects involving other trade work. I came to realize that was my next step in life.
My family and I relocated to the beautiful state of Texas in January of 2022 with hopes of becoming a part of the amazing community of people that reside here. My goal is to provide local Texans with high quality improvements to any desired space inside and outside of their homes. Along with your standard construction needs, I also specialize in RV interior renovations for those who prefer life a little more simple or on the road. I take extreme pride in what I do, and look forward to working with you.

Chance did an awesome job on our bathroom remodel. He coordinated the plumbing, sheetrock and texture, finish electrical, and cabinet maker. He did an amazing job with the tile and finish trim out. Our bathroom was transformed from an ugly impractical space to a well-designed useful area.

My husband and I hired Modern Nomad Construction to help with our remodel project in both our kitchen and master bathroom. From our first phone meeting with Chance we knew he was going to be well organized and extremely helpful along the process. We were able to give him the budget we had in mind prior to him starting and he was able to find us the best deals on materials while being upfront about ways we could stretch the budget with design changes. When we are ready for another project we will definitely be using Modern Nomad Construction again. Great customer service but overall high quality work that we now get to enjoy.

Chance did an awesome job on our kitchen backsplash. He is extremely detail oriented, advised us to add a trim which enhanced the overall look. He is very responsive, punctual and completed the job with the highest quality. Highly recommend him for any tile job.

I did not have the pleasure of working with Chance because I made the mistake of hiring another contractor. I wish I hadnt. My experience with the other contractor was horrific. Chance reached out to me on a Sunday night after I told him I didn't hire him for the job and still offered me encouragement and advice on how to handle the situation. If that doesn't say enough about his character, I don't know what does. I will definitely consider Chance over all others next time. He was very professional and seems like an all around good person!

Chance, did our back splash in our kitchen and did an amazing job. He is very professional and his craftsmanship is outstanding. His work area was very clean and his attention to detail is second to none. We we so happy with Chance’s work with our kitchen, we had him redo our floors in our entire house, and screen porch. I would highly recommend Chance to anyone looking for remodeling, tile work, or any other type of home repairs or upgrades.
