Go grab you a cold drink and buckle up for the ride of a lifetime. My name is Rory Hammond and we reside in Humble Texas. On July 8, 2025 Hurricane Beryl decided to pay our home a visit along with a few others in the area. The 1st tree fell about 10 am with winds so fierce i thought it was a tornado, before we could take shelter it hit my office and dinning room and covered patio. The house shook so violently and the noise of the wind was deafening. AFTER THE SHOCK we (had visitors from cally) got up and walked to front of house to see the results and started trying to pull a few things out, the wind and rain was so heavy. I ran to garage to grab some tarps and stapler and heavy broom and bags. We swept up insulation that was every where. About 35 min later a second tree fell at the rear of the house. As a result of this about 50 % of the rafters were replaced and all new ceilings. Sounds like a lot right??? Well it get worse, i was assigned to an adjuster who was not sympathetic, She had auto assigned me to a contractor out of Tomball, so i met with them here at the home and did not have a very good feeling about them, ,then a second conversation i felt worse.. I had no clue there was a list i could pic from until my new claims adjuster James (WHO HAS BEEN GREAT) told me i could pick or choose my own. So i got the list and there was Buffalo Trail construction I have a buffalo mount in my home so this was and easy choice. Well i called them and spoke with Charles Johnson and dang did my life change. He came into our world and made this mess a lot easier to work thru. His ideas and thoughts were awesome. He has a crew managed by Josh and Lester that worked long days and weekends to get this put back together. So here we are at the end and i still have a few things out side i wanna change. But i can tell you i sure slept well after Charles assured me that we would get thru this and that he was there for me at all times and even after the works been done, I know i have rambled but choosing Buffalo Trail Construction WAS THE BEST CHOICE IVE EVER MADE AND IF ANY 1 HAS QUESTIONS CONTACT ME. Thanks Charles from a satisfied client ..RORY
