Wilmer will be my contractor forever! He is detailed, professional, informative, honest, committed often and most importantly takes pride in his work. My estimate stated as a simple door repair inquiry and led to him completely remodeling the kitchen in my rental property. I got 4 bids and his was the most detailed, professional and complete. This let me know that he was the right choice, and he was! He walked me through the remodel and it finished in two weeks as promised. We also picked out the colors, cabinets, appliances, etc together. See before and after photos. After that went so well, I hired him again and he is currently completing the rest of the turnkey projects at my rental like installing a new water heater, painting vanities, fixing shelving, etc. Wilmer isn’t the cheapest, but the quality of work you receive is worth the price. He is meticulous and when I point out things that maybe need a little fixing he always makes it right. He’s just a great person and does great work! This is why I keep coming back. I’m so happy I found him on here and will be using him for all of my projects moving forward.

I started off with needing one door taken off the hinges and repaired, but after seeing the door specialist Wilmer taking the time and care to repair that first door— I added an additional 4 more doors to his list. I have a very old house with historic doors and hinges that I wanted to maintain and Wilmer took the time to do the door repairs with professionalism and care. He did not take short cuts and he repaired the doors in a thorough way and I truly appreciate all the work he did. The doors are a daily passage way into my home and he made my life easier and more enjoyable by fixing all those doors.

I have had many bad experiences with contractors but this was one of the best experiences I have had. They were very responsive in our initial conversations about the project. They showed up as scheduled on time and completed the task. He communicated with me throughout and my cabinet was installed exactly how I wanted it!!
