Twice no show. They were suppose to come last Friday at 11:00 am -there were no rains and storm is going to start from 6pm onwards and rains will start at 4:30 pm onwards. They scheduled but cancelled just 1.5 hours before. II drove 49 miles one way. We scheduled for next Friday - they agreed but once again no response. This time at least I am aware they are not going to show. At least they can respond and clarify rather than making the customers keep on doing the guess work. They are well aware that last time I end up driving almost 100 miles just because of them. Got the sprinkler fixed by somebody else as I cannot live with their missed appointments.
