My pricing reflects both the quality of ingredients and the professional service I provide. • Meal Prep: Starts at $375 per week (includes groceries, 5 meals, 2 options, and delivery). • Private Dinners: Begin at $450 for two guests (3-course experience, customized to dietary needs and event style). • Catering: Dallas market minimums apply for an experienced private chef, with events starting at $1,000+ depending on guest count and menu complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to learn your vision, dietary needs, and event details. From there, I create a custom menu proposal. Once finalized, I handle all planning, shopping, cooking, and presentation. On event day, my focus is on making everything seamless so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate of Applied Science degree from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and I’m also ServSafe certified. Beyond formal education, I’ve built over 3 years of professional catering and private chef experience in Dallas, from intimate dinners to 100+ guest events. I specialize in allergen-conscious cooking and continually refine my craft by working with athletes, executives, and families.
