This is my passion. I have been training for over 10 years in a variety of settings including the military, corporate gyms, and also as an independent trainer. I currently have an Associate's degree in Exercise Science and I am continuing on to my Bachelor's degree at Texas A&M-Commerce. I absolutely love helping people improve their health and wellness to live better, longer, and healthier lives! Seeing people improve their health, reaching fitness goals, getting off medications, or completing a competition of some sort is my drug of choice. Nothing makes me happier than helping others.

John is an excellent trainer. He is not only focused on the session itself, but continues to help me make changes outside of the gym as well including being more active and eating better. He has helped me go from not being able to do much to accomplishing goals I have set for myself in the gym and outside. He constantly pushes me and varies the workouts so that I don't get bored or worn down on the same thing. He is genuinely interested in my success and that is something that I want in my trainer. He explains things to me so that I understand and can apply it on my own. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life as well as their fitness.

John takes the time to start off slow to assess your physical abilities. He is patient but yet pushes you to do your best every workout. He is very flexible, has a positive attitude and an all around nice guy! He is also very flexible and is constantly giving great advice. I actually look forward to working out now!
