Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Benson Chevrolet in San Antonio. This job was very large. 22k sq. ft. the tile and grout were both filthy and the grout appeared to very dark grey almost black. 16 hrs. later the grout was a very light beige color. The part im so proud of is the fact that I was hired to clean the grout so the customer could have a colorant applied to make it darker. When I was finished and showed the customer my patented sealer they decided to not apply the grout colorant and leave it as beautiful as it was upon my completion!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask the question, "What meathod of Extraction do you use?" At what temperature will you clean at. The Biggest one of all, "How long will it take to dry?"
