We just bought the house and it had a pool with nowhere to put a table, so AVC came out and helped us get nearly 1000 sf ft done. The best part was they helped us out and got it done by our pool party that was 2 weeks from when I first reached out. Absolutely great service and responsiveness. Quality was top notch with the field team being very aware and careful of sloping it all away from the house. Also made sure I was aware of any issues or items needing my input in. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and will be using them again

The team that I worked with was so amazing. They were patient with me as I had to take some extra time to make a decision after they provided an initial quote. We hired Richard's company to demo, remove, and haul off a pretty good piece of old driveway and carport pad. Richard was prompt to respond (initially, to visit the house and give us a quote) and then throughout the project. Despite a couple of unforeseen and totally unavoidable setbacks (including spring thunderstorms), he stayed in touch and was was quick to respond to our questions before and during the work. The work was professional and mindful; Richard and his crew not only knew what they were doing, but were also respectful of the site, our requests, and the neighbors. His price was very fair, and he stuck to it, even though the concrete he removed turned out to be quite a lot thicker than he had thought going into the job. I'd use Richard again in a heartbeat and recommend him for any type of concrete job — removal or construction.

Our build was quite challenging, with a total slap poof of 5,000+ sqf, requiring a total of 96 piers, having a engineered foundation (not using post tension, but rather a rebar inter-connected foundation requiring a way higher level of expertise by the contractor), land leveling and build-up on hill side as well. Valadez construction was working in budget, on time and with high responsiveness for our needs. We would like to highly recommend Valadez construction for all your flat, foundation or other concrete projects.
