North Texas Dryer VentCleaning was amazing! Tyler was extremely responsive when I reached out to him and was out here the very next day. We are so thankful for Tyler and the time that he took to come out to our home and take care of an issue that we have been dealing with! He ran into a little bit of a snag and proceeded to rectify the issue without any question. And although he was here a little bit longer than, I’m sure he expected, he never once complained or charged us anymore than what was quoted. Standard dryer vent cleaning with no hidden fees. Includes a complete cleaning from the dryer to the exterior vent. Additional charges only apply for unusually long or difficult-to-access vent systems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll confirm the appointment and answer any questions before arriving. When I arrive, I’ll inspect the dryer vent setup, explain what I’ll be doing, and then thoroughly clean the vent from the dryer to the exterior using professional equipment. I’ll make sure everything is clean and working properly before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in dryer vent cleaning and use professional equipment to safely and thoroughly clean dryer vent systems. I focus on proper inspection, cleaning, and checking the vent system to make sure the job is completed correctly.
