Handyman responded to my dissatisfaction and corrected the problem. They returned and resolved my issues. They even fixed other sprinkler heads that broke when they were reassessing the problem, and those were done without a cost. Thank you for following up.

I had several small items to be completed, so I reached out and Steve responded the same day with upfront pricing. Coincidentally my master closet broke and he was able to accommodate and add the additional work. Steve was awesome!! He arrived on time and went above and beyond. Steve Tucker is an honest, experienced, does thorough analysis, takes his time and follows steps to analyze the data before concluding and pin pointing the problem. He carries all the latest tools for troubleshooting. I have been struggling to pinpoint an issue with foam insulation condensation problem with my home and Steve was able to locate the problem and helped me move forward in resolving the trickiest/challenging issue.
Just to be aware, before Steve I had plumbing pros, AC pros, roofing pros and couple other handymen visited my issue but they were not successful to identify the issue.
Thanks much Steve for your due diligence and smart work. I will highly recommend Steve for any small or big issue if you ever need a professional handyman!

The gentleman that arrived here were ready to work and interested in my problem and did everything they could to fix the issue and promptly. They took several pictures to show me since I couldn’t get up on the roof with regards to my spouts and gutters. They cleaned out all of the water returns and just did an outstanding job. They will be doing all my handiwork going forward.
