- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, free estimates, and sometimes we negotiate to match competitors especially if a customer wants to use us due to our excellent reputation. We also offer discounts sometimes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with most customers to look at their project so that we get a clear understanding of the project and what the customer wants. We strive to get back with our customer in a timely manner with an estimate explaining what we will do. We strive to be very clear about the project and what is included and excluded in the estimate. It is important that our customers feel comfortable and confident in our services. Quality work is very important to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We can offer education on different products and why we use particular products in certain situations. We can offer advice on product quality differences.
