I asked Kelly to provide some assistance in guiding me through a potential change in my career path. Several colleagues had worked with her previously and had recommended her as someone they trusted. I reached out to her and within the day we had a one hour call set up where I was able to describe my situation. Kelly took the first few minutes to get to know me and asked a few questions to get to understand what my personal motivations and what my goals were. She listened intently, asking questions to help her understand my thoughts and to help me understand what I trying to communicate. Kelly was able to provide me several key take aways and laid out several paths that I hadn't considered. Because of her coaching, I feel I've been able to relate to business partners more effectively. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking to have an insightful look into their own journey.
