As a first time home buyer in Dallas, Brent and his team went above and beyond when I urgently needed help for a roof replacement for a home I had under contract. What I appreciated most is how genuine Brent and his team were working with me throughout the entire process. Brent was extremely patient, not pushy and educated me every step of the way. I had 3 other roofing companies come out who were quoting me outrageous costs, but I could tell he really cared and understood the vulnerable position I was in being new to Texas and a first time buyer. We’ve had multiple hail storms this year (even tornado warnings) and I couldn’t feel more safe and secure in my home. This guy is a true family man and will forever be my first call in Dallas. After connecting, he was out the next day. He identified storm damage, filed my claim, met the adjuster, and got me a whole new roof. Love this guy! Then he stayed and personally supervised the entire crew on build day from start to finish to ensure the work was done to my liking. He wouldn’t even let his crew leave until I told him I was satisfied. I already had him so this same thing for three other family members! He is the man!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work for insurance proceeds if it’s an insurance claim or we offer great pricing if someone wants to pay for it in their own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I always get to know my customers first and identify exactly what they want. 2. Then I educate as much as possible. I don’t believe in the “trust me” system. I believe in transparency and education. You will know what I know. 3. Finally I explain every step of my process in detail so there are never guessing games on confusion. 4. Once the work is complete I make 100% sure my customer is happy and won’t stop until they are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m HAAG certified - the best and only roofer certification in the world. In addition, I’ve been certified by Allstate insurance for claims inspections.
