I normally don’t leave reviews, but Mr. Bret truly deserves one. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, polite, kind, and responsive. He fixed our roof, and the very next day we had a heavy storm. I noticed a small leak and reached out to him, he responded within seconds and came right back out to our house, no questions asked, to make sure everything was completely taken care of. That level of customer service is rare these days. He genuinely cares about his work and his customers. His pricing is also very affordable, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Bret was able to resolve the original issue I noticed with a leak along with some other issues I wasn't aware of that could have caused some massive problems down the road.
First resolved the main issue, some vents leaking and some areas where shingles were sagging and not set up right since the last owner repaired the roof. But Bret also pointed out that the vent top for my dryer wasn't the correct model and was becoming a fire risk with all the lint being caught up in it.
Really grateful for all the work Bret and knowledge he passed on to me, would highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cash bid estimate we will give you an option of Good, Better, and Best. This gives the customer options to fit their budgets. If it's an insurance claim then we will honor the claim amount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer inquiry we will reach out via phone or email to introduce ourselves. Then we can either schedule a time to come evaluate the property that's in need of repairs. After this, we will follow up with either an estimate for repairs and if the insurance needs to be called we will walk the customer through the process and be there to help along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team takes yearly training, usually in the winter to keep up to date with new building code changes, and new and improved roofing techniques and materials.
