- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are typically fixed and based on the work required. I do offer discounts for customers who book in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, my first step is to set up a meeting to understand customer's needs and concerns. I want to be sure that the customer and I are good match and I am able to meet his/her expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA and have a B.S. degree in accounting from a nationally ranked top business school. I also had over 5 years experience working for a national public accounting firm before staring my own practice.
