Thomas was extremely helpful. I hired him to come inspect a possible leak, which was no charge. It ended up being a really large leak under my driveway. After the location of the leak was discovered, he fixed it right away and kept me updated and informed throughout the process so I understood what was going on. He also fixed my running toilet while he was at my house:) I highly recommend hiring Thomas. He is is professional and has excellent customer service!

Thomas did excellent work. He came out and did a valve change and shower bar install. Excellent communicator. We wanted to call him before our visit to make sure we had everything we needed for our install and he walked us through the process. We knew his plumbing work would be quality- he is a master plumber. But what we weren't expecting was the overall customer service experience. His bids were very transparent and delivered via email. And his online billing system made payment easy. We will use him again for any future plumbing needs.

I am glad I made a good choice, the original estimate provided to me did not include some additional work that Thomas identified on the site. He clearly explained me about the additional parts and service and fixed is all for me with a good quality service. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for to the point person and getting their things done on time
