Thomas was professional, thorough knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to questions. He gave us s very fair price was able to make having two water heaters changed out a great experience!! The work looks great working great, and he cleaned up after the install.

They replaced our dual, in series 50 gallon water heaters. We wanted to replace in advance of any issues. Thomas was very courteous and responsive. They were competitive price wise and was able perform the installation as promised. My only issue was that he did not run the air out of our lines be we have to go to each faucet and let it run until air was gone. Otherwise, a great install.

Had a new water heater installed. Thomas called before he came . Worked fast and very good.. He was real nice, polite and very knowledgeable... I would call him again for my plumbing and let everyone know he's the one to use ... Glad I choose him !

Thomas did excellent work. He came out and did a valve change and shower bar install. Excellent communicator. We wanted to call him before our visit to make sure we had everything we needed for our install and he walked us through the process. We knew his plumbing work would be quality- he is a master plumber. But what we weren't expecting was the overall customer service experience. His bids were very transparent and delivered via email. And his online billing system made payment easy. We will use him again for any future plumbing needs.
