Brett & Serry's did a great job making the necessary tweaks to our existing website. He was always incredibly responsive (usually within 30 minutes) and in communication throughout the entirety of our project. We were very satisfied with the finished product and the customer service is second to none; for those reasons we will continue to do business with Serry's.

January 2017 - My wife has a website for her small (one person) massage business. She lives and breathes from this site to keep track of clients and her schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each website job quoted from conversations we have to make sure we fully understand your needs. It's impossible to give an exact quote without knowing more. Our pricing is fair and comes with a free year of webhosting along with six months of small changes to the design and site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a conversation, which is generally a phone call to evaluate your needs. From there we set up an official "kick off" call with either a project manager or with a designer, and this call sets the expected timeline of the project, determines your preferences, and establishes the level of creative collaboration that you are comfortable with. Our process is all about meeting your needs and delivering a site that you can be proud of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team might appear small, but we are mighty. We have decades of programming, design and video experience. We started out owning a successful game development company and transitioned to B2B digital design services as we love working with small business owners.
