Omar was able to fit us in the same afternoon we called. He was focused when reviewing our property, found multiple "pest" areas we were not aware of, and the possibility of other pests. He is personable, self assured, is NOT high pressure, and does not require a contract. Follow-up is planned to check progress and he will provide me with more information on a scheduled control plan.
