Here’s a polished version of your review:
“Fan Installation – Excellent Service!”
The service was great! He was very professional and paid close attention to detail during the fan installation. I’m very pleased with his work and will definitely be using him again for other services.
Would you like to add a star rating or post it somewhere specific like Google, Yelp, or Thumbtack?

Very well educated and knowledgeable in flooring! Will give you the best outcome for your floor without taking shortcuts. And advises you options of doing it right and instead of cutting corners just to have your floor done.

Cornell Floors's reply
I'm sorry we couldn't meet your expectations by replacing your quarter round trim for free. You chose to keep your existing beat up trim because it wasn't in your budget to replace it.
We never even removed your existing quarter round as we were able to install the new floors under them.
I even offered to caulk and your response to that was that you had caulking in the garage and you would take care of it.
When I apologized that the new floors didn't change the appearance of the old, worn, beat up trim your response to me was,
"Would you be inclined to fixing them if I purchase the materials? Free of charge as a courtesy service for rectification of this situation, just the shoe molding quarter round?
I would replace my review with this.
*I originally contacted Adam after experiencing a major AC flooding issue in our home. He tool the time to explain possible solutions and gave me helpful advice. When it became clear that the floor needed to be replaced due to the extent of damage, Adam shifted gears and took on the full flooring project.
The floor itself looks great and Adam worked efficiently throughout the process. While some unforeseen issues came up along the way, he managed to address them and keep the project moving. I appreciated that he showed flexibility and made an effort to go above and beyond to complete the job.
Thank you Adam for your help during a stressful time* with a 5 star review"
My response to you was:
" I don't work for free sorry.
If I come work for free you are basically saying you will tell the truth.
This is disgusting and I have never been treated so poorly by a person in my professional career. I am going to respectfully decline this opportunity."
I will also add that your husband has apologized to me for your behavior and stated that you are just stressed out because this house has us bleeding out money right now. He wanted me to come back to install more flooring in the bedrooms of this house but I am firing you as a customer. I wish you and your family nothing but the best and God Bless.
*She responded to me with a You Tube video about how a contractor should do free work for 5 star Reviews
Sorry you are still fired as a customer. Good luck!
