We had an incredible experience with Diego from DFW Appliance! After a big-box store failed to deliver our service on time, leaving us with no working oven right before Christmas, Diego came through at a moment’s notice. He converted our propane gas stove quickly and efficiently. Not only that, when we had a concern afterward, he returned promptly and made sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough, an excellent communicator and very fairly priced. Diego is truly the best we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!

There was a problem with my dryer, and I reach out to DFW appliances late on Saturday, but I received a message early Sunday willing to fix the dryer on Sunday with no extra charge. My dryer was fixed that Sunday evening. Tech was very knowledgeable and detailed while repairing the dryer. I truly recommend DFW for your appliances repair needs.

Diego did an incredible job fixing two dryers for me and installing a doggie door. I had used another company previously who over charged me and right after using each dryer broke. Tried to get the company to come back out and they did not. I found Diego online. He identified the issue with each dryer quickly and fixed both. He had the parts with him. His fees very fair and his work exceptional. From when I reached out online he responded quickly and scheduled the appointment. First off let me say thank you to Deigo. He came out when I asked late night the day before and he was on time. Deigo explained everything that was going on with my freezer/fridge and took things apart, cleaned everything and had it back running new. After he cleaned and fixed the refrigerator, I asked him a question about my dishwasher. We have not been able to use our dishwasher properly since we been living in our house for almost 10 years and Deigo looked at the diswasher and outside components, took it apart and so much dirt and stuff was clogged up in it. Deigo cleaned it all and had my diswasher running like it was supposed to and now after not using it for several years, we can now use everything. I highly recommend Deigo if you want a good price and your appliances to run the right way. Thanks brother!

It was quick! I work from home and was worried it would take a while. Diego was very kind and explained what the issue was. The costs for labor and materials was very reasonable.
